Here at the Residence Le Terrazze Roma, we provide our guests with a WI-FI internet access.

At your check in, we will give to you a personal access code to connect to the internet from your laptop

Since we have experienced some issues related to our  guests laptop, we'd like to give you some quick advice to be sure you'll be able to surf the web.

• Be sure your laptop has a long-range Wi-Fi card. With a long-range card, you can connect to even the weakest hotspot signals, and maximize throughput.
• Be sure your laptop has every software/hardware component required for a standard WI-FI access
• Be sure you select the correct SSID read from your personal WI-FI ticket (ask the staff in doubt)
• For a faster connection, locate your laptop as close as possible to your apartment door (that's where oyu'll have maximun WI-FI quality)
• After your laptop has found the Hot Spot, first thing to do is:
  open a NEW browser window first, before using email, IM chat, or other Internet functions. This browser window will pop up a screen for you to log in. Log in with your username and password provider by your Hot Spot Ticket.
  After that, you'll be able to surf the WEB.

Please note we usually give access to the WEB time-limit to the period of your staying. If you'll stay at the REsidence for any longer, please ask to staff for a new Access Ticket.
